As an intern, you will work closely with our team to brainstorm new program ideas and develop detailed plans for implementation. Additionally, you will help evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvement. This position is perfect for anyone interested in program development, leadership, or non-profit work.

Requirements



  • Currently enrolled as a high school student

  • Strong interest in healthcare and pre-medical education

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
