Through mentorship, community service, education, and hands-on experiences, students have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally while making a positive impact in New York City and the broader pre-medical community.

Meet Our Summer 2026 Interns
We are proud to introduce the students participating in the NPREMA Summer 2026 Youth Program.
Our interns come from different high schools, colleges, backgrounds, interests, and career paths, but they share a common desire to learn, serve, and contribute to their communities.
Throughout the summer, students have opportunities to gain exposure to healthcare, medicine, community service, leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
The program is designed to help young people explore their interests, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and form meaningful connections with mentors, peers, and members of the healthcare community.

I’m a student at Cornell University passionate in the intersection of medicine, public health, and community service. I am currently an intern at NPREMA’s summer 2026 Youth program and looking forward to advocate for more equitable healthcare access and awareness.
