With our chapters, I plan charitable activities and regularly update the leadership team on the status of fundraising. Finding and researching possible donors, building relationships with them, generating convincing proposals, and setting up campaigns are some of my other duties.

Responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers for the organization's various programs and initiatives.

Hi! I am Alyssa Ferdinand, NPrema’s chair of Diversity and Inclusion. My goals are to increase access to and diversity within medicine by illuminating the medical school process and working to make it more attainable for all.

Responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs for middle and high school students, such as organizing workshops, mentoring programs, and other events that help engage young people and encourage them to pursue careers in healthcare.
